The mission

An operating system where gaming just works.

No setup rituals, no fiddling, no second-guessing. Duotronic is being made so that the whole journey from power button to play is four steps long, and every one of them is calm.

  1. Install

    One guided step will turn a PC into a console, and tell you exactly what it will touch before it touches anything.

  2. Sign in

    Bring the games you already own. Sign in once, from your phone, and your library will simply be there.

  3. Play

    Press play and you're in. The system will get out of the way, and stay out of the way.

  4. Cheat-free

    Fair play by design. A system being built so that the match you join is a fair one for everyone in it.

Console-level, on a PC

Our biggest goal: a PC that behaves like a console, with your games running as close to the metal as a PC allows. No desktop underneath, nothing in between taking a share of your frames. Just the hardware, and the game.

Trustworthy

Every screen is designed to tell the truth: real progress, real numbers, and plain words when something needs you. Nothing done behind your back.

Repairable

When something goes wrong, the system is designed to put itself right. An update that doesn't take will step back on its own, and your games and saves stay safe.
